Fall Pie

Our teacher's lounge ALWAYS has fundraisers. The most recent one was a pie/cheesecake fundraiser. This got me really in the mood for some apple pie. I usually don't like pie, but something in me sparked the desire. Anyway I got a killer recipe from a friend and here is how it all went down...

So I used this simple thing ...

Yummmmmm! It was delicious!  Not the most visually appealing, but it was tasty. 

A definite Thanksgiving dessert.
